Poverty is one of Indias biggest challenges. The number of homeless, and families living under the poverty line, despite the economic boom of the last years, is still enormously high.

Despite Pahar Ganj being a rather developed and "tourist" area, Indias poor are ever present, sleeping next to the cows that roam the streets at night.
